Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've had Sterling replace both my furnace and A/C in the last 18 months and have had great service both times. Technicians were knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing the problems. Workmanship was neat and tidy. Would highly recommend them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great experience with Landon Symonds who did tge estimate. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Austin and Adam came to install the heater and they were great! Professional, friendly, took care not to damage any floors walls as they brought stuff in and out, and even helped me move a very heavy box that was delivered while they were here!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would have loved not having to call Sterling today, but my furnace stopped working. They were able to send out someone that same morning to diagnose the issue. The tech was great. They provided me some options for moving forward.

Edit--- on Day 2, Sterling arrived first thing in the morning and removed the existing furnace and installed it's replacement. The team was tidy, courteous and offered advice on routine home maintenance. I would trust this group with future work.

Edit - new home, new inspection - had the team back at the new place to do a detailed review. They did not disappoint. They looked at everything and provided me with various options moving forward.
